Two days, seven countries, one team

Held on 27–28 June at the Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa under the theme “One World. One Zone. Connected for a Lifetime,” Spotlight 2025 recognised colleagues from the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and India across sales, customer service, operations, leadership and overall business performance.

Alongside Dh2.75 million in performance rewards, incentives and benefits, the programme included the presentation of 195 grams of 24-carat gold, long-service awards, and recognition of major personal milestones across the team.

Investing in people, not just performance

Spotlight 2025 also showcased the employee programmes that run all year round: Women @ Work, flexible working arrangements, wellness initiatives, family welfare programmes, and Future Stars in Family, which celebrates the academic achievements of employees’ children.

“Spotlight is more than an annual awards ceremony — it is a celebration of our people, our culture and our shared journey. As we continue our journey towards World Zone 2030, our greatest investment will always remain our people, because sustainable business success is built by empowered and inspired teams.”

— Manu Krishnan Nair, Chief Executive Officer, World Zone Shipping Services LLC
